CYMAQ marking machines are the lightest, fastest and most compact ones on the market. According to our
patented transmission system called "Differential System®", we provide an excellent tool to the industrial requirements on traceability fulfilling the Datamatrix ECC-200 rules as well as with the UID traceability protocols.

The line of CYMAQ dot marking machine consists of controllers and interchangeable marking heads, making it an extremely modular range. This lets you build your machine with features that suit you best, depending on the size, size of the marking window, power, speed or incrementation or external control of the machine, this with a very reasonable budget.

The technique of micro percussion :

The micro percussion marking is an economical solution without consumables for a permanent and indelible marking.
This marking, CNC controled or from PC is very precise and fast.
The marking head indent series of dots in very high speed (up to 12 characters per second) on all types of materials (plastic, copper, brass, aluminum, glass, steel or non-treated, stainless steel, titanium ...).
The marking of alphanumeric text, logos, Datamatrix code is made by a succession of dots with more or less distance between each other.
